What a great giveaway! I actually just bought a fabulous dress from chickdowntown for my graduation, by Mink Pink. I'd love these CURRENT jeans because they are SOO cute...I love how they fit, too. Perfect!

Love you blog of course. I would love these because I have pumps like that and those jeans would look great with a big, baggy t shirt and messy hair. Obviously, a rock concert would be in order.

Corinne said... @ 6/18/2009 10:54 AM

These are the perfect summer jeans! Great light wash with a little bit of destruction is just the thing for the summers out where I live. They'd look great with just about any top too. I'm in love!

Viviana said... @ 6/18/2009 12:06 PM

I am not going to lie I raced to target to see if they had the booties you were sporting after I saw your post on WIWT. Sadly they did not but I did find a pair of cute shoes for 13.50! But I digress.
I love the jeans because the wash is ultra unique and I can't get over how trashed yet super fly they are.

Claire said... @ 6/18/2009 12:30 PM

These skinnies are the perfect light color for summer and the distressed look is so good. Amazing with the perfect thin white tee and an awesome pair of pumps for the typical Florida weather we've been having! I love 'em!

Really love this bleached jeans though! Have a nice weekend! :)

Anna said... @ 6/18/2009 2:39 PM

i love the look of these jeans, and whats even greater is that they're in a "cloud" wash! how cute is that!

Renee said... @ 6/18/2009 3:41 PM

hm. well i like these jeans for a number of a reasons, but i guess the main one would be the rips, but not just that they are ripped jeans - bc there are plenty ripped jeans out there - but bc the rips look natural - as if they naturally tore from lots of use. i like that. a lot of the other ripped jeans have rips all down the leg or in such awkward places that you know they're totally artificial, but these look legit! and i really dig it :0)

kimvee said... @ 6/18/2009 3:58 PM

Ohmygosh! I love all of your outfits from the previous blog entries :P and those cloud print skinny jeans are so interesting!

Allie said... @ 6/18/2009 4:49 PM

Oh I lovee these! The rips and tare's remind me of a pair of jean's I refused to throw away from my childhood! :) The light "cloud" wash would be perfect for all of the pastel colors I've seen this summer. So ideal for day dreamers. YES.

michelle said... @ 6/18/2009 5:38 PM

they are so hot this summer!

Maggie said... @ 6/19/2009 2:53 AM

Love these jeans! So great to pair with a solid tee for that easy-going summer feel!

HoneyBunny said... @ 6/19/2009 4:40 AM

They're so fab!

Sasha B. said... @ 6/19/2009 5:47 AM

Current/Elliot is one of my all-time fav designers. They are the first designers I look to when I want the latest in fashion trends. These torn up, gorgeously dyed jeans are going to be imitated and mass produced by other "wannabe" companies this time next year, I bet. That's why I want this amazing look now! Great blog btw!

Ashleigh said... @ 6/19/2009 6:01 AM

I am in love with these jeans!!! For a while i was really into the destroyed look and would actually thrift buy jeans and do it myself, but I could never dream of achieving this look!

Marissa said... @ 6/19/2009 6:06 AM

Looks great!

Christie said... @ 6/19/2009 11:33 AM

CLOUD WASH?! Need I say more. Plus, I would love a pair of light jeans for summer :)

Also, I ordered two minkpink skirts a few months ago and I love them both.

kaitlin said... @ 6/20/2009 2:40 AM

I love these jeans. They are a breath of fresh air. I am kind of annoyed with the same old jeans I have in my closet. These finally have edge and will bring out my rock and roll side!!
Thanks for the giveaway!

I love this Current Elliot Jeanns because they look so comfortable for a summer day. Whether you dress them up or dress them down, they seem like a summer must-have.

Agustina said... @ 6/21/2009 11:01 AM

Hola! I love these pants. They are just the style that I am trying to get in my closet - vintage, chic, and unique. The cut is sexy and feminine but the wash is kind of grungy and I just love the mash up. Please let me have them in a 24!!

Kimmie said... @ 6/22/2009 12:40 AM

These cannot be duplicated. What an awesome texture and you can dress them up or down!

Sarah said... @ 6/22/2009 7:19 AM

These jeans are perfect and I love them because they grab attention in a good way, not in an "oh wow, that 80s acid wash is horrific"

Evie said... @ 6/23/2009 4:22 AM

Wow, thanks for the giveaway!

Danielle said... @ 6/24/2009 2:21 AM

LOVE these jeans! They're the perfect piece to wear through summer and will go seamlessly into my fall wardrobe! Current Elliot really does have the best jeans out right now-- I love them all!!
xx Fingers crossed xx

FaithJ said... @ 6/24/2009 4:23 AM

So many reasons I love these jeans! First, they're from Current/Elliott, so you know they're the latest and greatest brand with high-quality denim! Second, I love the skinny cut. Third, I like how they're almost white with the tie dye look! Thanks for the contest!

Morgan said... @ 6/24/2009 6:40 AM

Love how these look like clouds with birds flying around!

Sarah said... @ 6/25/2009 6:10 AM

Because they remind of the sky, or the clouds, and that is where my head always is.

yuka said... @ 6/25/2009 11:58 AM

awesome! i love these. i gave away a pair on my blog too. great choice!

annalene said... @ 6/28/2009 3:54 AM

i really like the slim fit of these an the acid wash, i think the lighter color makes them perfect for the summer. these would be great to wear out during the day with a tank top and paired with a light jacket in the evenings. great pair of pants!

Mariel said... @ 6/28/2009 5:08 AM

I think this trend is the coolest coming out of the spring runways. I spent nearly 3 hours yesterday trying to bleach jeans I already had, but they didnt come out nearly as good. The best part about these jeans is that they are perfect for wearing during a bunch of different occassoins. I could wear them to work (my work is casual/chic), to the beach, or when im on stage playing with my band. They also funk up the simplest of basics.

I've been drooling after these for months.

Amanda K said... @ 6/29/2009 8:55 AM

Alice said... @ 6/29/2009 3:12 PM

If jeans could dream -- oh wait, apparently they CAN.

What I love is that the wash isn't harsh like way back in the acid era. It's soft like the inner thoughts of a day dream coupled with the a firm, skinny fit. And as if there wasn't enough contrast w/ the wash and the cut, they are perfectly ripped to break up both the wash and the uppity-ness of most skinny jeans.

Nice and stringy. No sloppy, gaping holes.

It allows for a playful little peek-a-boo that's as girly as it is rough-and-tumble.

And when it comes to the knees, who doesn't like a good peep show?

Les sigh! I'm not a jeans girl, but hot DAMN I want me a pair of those! They'd look so great w/ a loose white tee, a hot, flouncy black sequined party dress or an earthy boho top. These are the kind of jeans that would get along with EVERYBODY IN YOUR CLOSET.

amanda said... @ 6/30/2009 9:01 AM

hey there!
why do i like these..let's see. well, for starters, my head is always in the clouds AND i am a huge clutz and end up staining/ripping my clothing by accident ANYWAY so i'd have a head start with these and noone would notice when i cut a corner too quick and snag em.
